		Report a Claim If you need to report a claim on any of your insurance policies, you have three options: You can stop by our office at 45 Main Street during our normal business hours, and your Client Service Representative will assist you. Or you can call in your claim to your Customer Service Representative at (508)697-6963 or 800-358-1717 who will send or fax you any claims forms you may need to fill out. You can call in your claim directly to One Beacon, Premier, Travelers, or Commerce Insurance Company anytime, day or night. Those numbers are as follows: One Beacon: (877) 248-4968 Traveler's (Premier): (877) 425-2466 Commerce: (800) 221-1605 Harleysville Worcester: (800) 892-8877 Safety Insurance: (800) 951-2100 or Visit Website However, you can also notify us that you have a claim to report by E-mail. Your Client Service Representative will get back to you by phone that same day. If after hours, we will contact you on the next business day. We encourage you to use E-mail to tell us about the incident while the details are still fresh in your mind. (especially if something occurs during times when our office is closed) You will still need to report your claim by phone, fax, mail, etc. Because we know what has happened, we will be better prepared to help you when we get back to you, Please note: Your E-mail cannot be used as a substitute for filing your actual claim. Emails reporting claims received nights, weekends or holidays will be answered on the next business day.
